Elizabeth “Beth” DeLorme Marsh, 72, of Charleston, South Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 2025.
 

Born on June 27, 1952, in Sumter, SC, Beth was the daughter of Zadah Green DeLorme and James Pitts DeLorme.


Beth spent her career working in the medical field and retired after 25 years at Charleston Pediatrics, where her warmth, dedication, and kindness touched countless lives. She was deeply devoted to her family and friends and will always be remembered for her generous heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering love. Throughout her life, Beth faced every challenge with quiet courage and remarkable strength. Her impact on those around her was immeasurable, and her memory will live on in all who knew and loved her.


She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved sons, David Alfred Marsh Jr. and James Pitts Marsh.
 

Beth is survived by her granddaughter, Eliza Marsh; her sisters, Charlotte DeLorme Walker (Bob) and Kay DeLorme Motley (Ross); several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and a wide circle of family and friends who were a meaningful part of her life.
