Frank Edward Lupton Jr, 61 of Charleston, South Carolina, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025. Born on February 27, 1963 in Charleston, SC he was a son of the late Jean Thrift Lupton and Frank Edward Lupton, Sr.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Jonette, his sons, Joseph Lupton and Christopher Lupton, his granddaughters, Bethaney and Jessica, his sisters, Nancy Lupton and Linda Lupton Owens (Kenneth), his sister-in-law, Janet Riggs, his nephew and niece, Kenneth Owens, Jr. (Lisa) and Deborah Owens, and two grandnephews and a grandniece. He also left behind a multiple of life-long friends.

Frank graduated from James Island High School in 1981. He retired from Charleston County where he worked as a mechanic in Fleet Operations. He loved the outdoors, enjoyed motorcycle riding, camping and fishing, especially shark fishing. He was dedicated to his family and friends, and could be counted upon to help anyone in need.
